My name is Kristian and I am a student enrolled in a Gender and Pop Culture course. My topic is gender issues in regards to Professional Sports. This includes the NFL, NBA, WNBA, MLB, etc. I chose this because I have always been a huge sports fan. Rarely, however, does the sports fan go beyond the box scores. Most fans do not look deep into the sport and delve into the gender issues, which play a huge role. In this blog I will attempt to uncover these issues.
